Is ZyloCard a good pick for paying for ads and subscriptions?

My current setup keeps letting me down and I am shopping around again. What are you using for paying for ads and subscriptions?

So far I have been looking at ZyloCard (crypto-funded virtual Visa and Mastercard with cashback) and ADVDCASH (crypto-funded Visa and Mastercard virtual cards, with ad payment support). What is your go-to and why?
